Return/Exchange policy

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, our shop offers the possibly of exchanging the product you received with one or more products of your choice. In order for an exchange to be accepted, it must be made within 7 days from the moment the package was received, and the product must be intact and not damaged in any way. 

In order to complete an exchange, please ship the package containing the product that should be exchanged  to the following address: 1109 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL, 33139 (please note that the shipping fee for the returned goods is at the expense of the customer, and it is NOT covered by the shop). Once the package is shipped, please go the "Contacts" section at the bottom of our website and send a message (or email) containing the name of the item that you would like to make the exchange with. Once the exchange is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours.
